Proposal Description
We are building a two-sided music digital collectible marketplace that democratizes access to web3 for musicians and their fans. We are passionate about helping musicians - especially long-tail, independent, and emerging musicians - and using web3 to build community and monetize creative IP.
Fans pay with credit cards and musicians get paid in fiat, and we take care of contract creation and NFT minting on the backend. On the platform, musicians sell exclusive access to works in progress, behind the scenes footage, demos, and other content related to the creative process.
Grant Deliverables
Create Marketing Materials to target Musicians, Beat Producers, and creators as early adopters - 1 pager, short explainer videos.
Design the framework for a copyright management dashboard for Creators and an end-user interface.
Add 50 early contributors to the whitelist with a comprehensive referral program finalized for viral growth loop.

Final Product

We are layering on blockchain thereby getting the advantages it provides which includes NFT, security, privacy, and greater control of the content.
Our model allows the fans to have ownership of their favorite creator (Musicians) content as a digital token when minted, which they can later sell or allow other membership access.
Web3phonic will be a web based app with dedicated platform and cross platform apps on App Store, Playstore.
Value Add Criteria
Usage - Web3phonic, will utilize the Ocean Market, allowing content creators to exchange and monetize their intellectual property seamlessly - these actions are made possible via the Ocean tokens which will be exchanged for data tokens. Considering the demand for creative content on the internet today and the ease of publishing and monetizing such data, we see a high chance of success for the project.
Viability - Our team has significant music and software experience and has the advantage of understanding the market of the users that would be interested in participating in an activity that helps to maintain autonomy. We believe we are uniquely situated to execute on the plan as laid out.
