Hello there!

I would have loved to see some additional deliverables related to community-building in Russia. There’s a great potential and if the maximum grant is requested, pure translation services won’t add the required ROI (in my opinion of course).

In case you are comfortable to add the deliverable of organizing a community meetups, on boarding developers / ambassadors and continuous outreach on platforms (even if only in local Telegram groups), it might add more confidence to vote “YES”!

Hello @realdatawhale

The end goal here is to build a community and slowly but surely add more social media channels. We are going to engage in growing the ocean protocol’s Russian community as we see fit (by making sure the Russian crypto-community is informed regarding the ocean protocol project by engaging in local cryptocurrency forums and channels). I believe we can achieve the ROI in 6 months time.

I’d like to see a smaller amount for a first proposal - more like $2-5k for a set number of translations. Deliver this successfully, then come for more next month. For this reason, I am downvoting - but please resubmit for next month.
