Our aim is to equip the workforce of the future with skills that will enable them to survive and thrive in the Web3 + AI economy. We are planning to bridge the demand supply gap in the Web3 + AI ecosystem in the low and mid skill level segment.
We want to create a collaborative, continuously learning community of gig worker contributors’ to the AI ecosystem.
This proposal is focused on extending our Web3 + AI mentoring program to include Data Unions as expressed in Ocean Marketplace. We will teach how to monetize data collection, ensure attribution and data privacy. We will teach how this fits into an AI pipeline (how AI is data hungry) and how to add value by labeling data or bringing unique data to the marketplace.
Learners will work on and solve real world problems and use Web3, data-unions and NFTs to both earn and capture value using Ocean marketplace building blocks with a special focus on V4 features.
We expect in a rural Indian setting with young minds being able to generate unexpected datasets.

AI+Web3 Mentoring Program - mentor aspiring Gig workers to consume AI models, use Web3 to capture and publish their work, use Web3 based data-unions to be data farmers and create AI ready data-sets.

Our AI and Web3 mentors will introduce AI in a learner’s own terms and make AI relatable, actionable and relevant to who they are and where they are at their learning journey. Learners will work on and solve real world problems and use Web3, data-unions and NFTs to both earn and capture value.
We are partnered with Zero2AI to make the learning journey more compelling, engaging and effective.
Value Add Criteria
Usage of Ocean - We expect to bring a young untapped audience to the Ocean marketplace. From their vantage point in rural India, these high school students will produce rich datasets that should drive consumption on the Ocean marketplace. We expect after the pilot phase to scale across India and then globally.

Community Engagement - Active in the community, working with DataUnion app team for 6+ months.
Community Value - We believe this project will spread the Ocean marketplace message and drive adoption especially a potential young audience who are the future of Web3.
